Your promotional gift card is issued immediately after payment. You may redeem it on your next eligible order right away. It cannot be used to purchase any electric bicycle (e-bike), including Himiway, Yozma or other brands. Collection arrangements follow the terms below.

For example: $1,499 in qualifying merchandise earns $100 off and a $100 gift card. $2,000 earns $200 off and a $200 gift card. A bundle added to either cart does not increase the qualifying total.
THE DETAILS
- October 29, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. through November 7, 2026 at 11:59 p.m., Winnipeg time. Promotional gift cards are issued after payment and may be redeemed immediately.
- All amounts are in CAD. Qualifying spend excludes bundles, gift card purchases, tax and shipping. Rewards are calculated per order, in complete $1,000 increments.
- Automatic savings cover up to $25,000. Contact us for the additional discount above $25,000.
- The reward is a stored-value promotional gift card for X-PRIME Fitness Winnipeg. Promotional gift cards cannot be used to purchase any electric bicycle (e-bike), regardless of brand, including Himiway, Yozma and Heybike. This restriction applies even when a gift card would pay only part of the e-bike price. Gift cards are unavailable at online checkout whenever an order contains an e-bike. To use a gift card for other merchandise, please place a separate order without e-bikes. Any unused balance remains available on the card. The gift card is not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
- Cancelled or refunded merchandise does not earn rewards. Returns may reduce the qualifying tier and gift card entitlement. Our team will review any issued or redeemed promotional value when processing a return, in accordance with the applicable return policy and law.
PROMOTIONAL GIFT CARD COLLECTION ARRANGEMENTS
Merchandise purchased using an event promotional gift card is scheduled for collection from January 11, 2027. Earlier collection is available under our standard fulfillment arrangements when the merchandise subtotal in the same order, after discounts and before tax and shipping, is at least twice the total promotional gift card amount redeemed on that order. For example, redeeming $100 qualifies for earlier collection on a merchandise subtotal of $200 or more. Stock availability and our pickup confirmation still apply.
X-PRIME Fitness Winnipeg administers this promotion and retains final authority to verify eligibility, apply these published terms and confirm collection arrangements, subject to applicable law. Please contact our team before planning your collection.
